Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim involving missing, incorrect, or defective products. The video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed condition.
Returns are accepted only if:
- An incorrect item has been delivered, or
- The product received is damaged or defective.

Returns & Refunds

Forward shipping and reverse shipping fees will be applicable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at beadiepie04@gmail.com.
No cash refunds will be issued.
The refunds will be sent to the original mode of payment.

Approval of such requests remains at the sole discretion of Beadiepie.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
For defective items, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Under the exchange/return policy, cash refunds are not provided. Only replacement will be issued.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, refunds of the same value will be provided.
Reverse and forward shipping fees are applicable on all exchanges, unless the product is found to be defective.
